Nature reserve Husebymaden

The nature reserve Husebymaden was formed on March 16, 1998 and was inaugurated by King Carl XVI Gustav. Husebymaden was originally flood land, which later became a shallow bird lake. The wetland is an important addition in the bird-rich Åsnen area as it favors birds such as ducks, dopings, waders, geese and swans.
